Choroideremia: A Case Report of Bilateral Chorioretinal Atrophy in a Young Male

1. Abstract Choroideremia is a rare, X-linked recessive inherited chorioret inal dystrophy characterized by progressive degeneration of the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE), choriocapillaris, and photore ceptors. We report a case of a young male presenting with pro gressive visual impairment and night blindness since childhood.
