How does changing the level of moisture given to a sample of Pleurotus ostreatus over time change the rate of growth of the mycelial colony?

PERSONAL ENGAGEMENT

The kingdom of fungi has always enticed me. When compared to other organisms, fungi prove to be unique and diverse, almost alien in nature. Yet, fungi have existed for longer than humans,and will likely persist beyond our reign. I was motivated to choose this experiment over others simply due to my love of all thing’s fungi.
