Article Processing Charges (APCs) are fees charged by academic journals to cover the costs of publishing an article. These costs include the peer-review process, editing, typesetting, and hosting the article on the journal's website.

At our journal, we believe in open access to research and making it available to a wider audience. To make this possible, we charge a nominal APC to cover our costs. This fee is only charged after the article has been accepted for publication, and we offer a fee discount for authors who cannot afford to pay.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal of a manuscript after it has entered the editorial or peer review stage may result in applicable processing charges, as the journal allocates significant time, expertise, and operational resources to manuscript evaluation. This policy is established to ensure the efficient functioning of the publication process and to uphold the journal’s quality standards and reputation. Authors are advised to make submission decisions carefully, as withdrawal at advanced stages may affect editorial workflow and reviewer coordination. By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge and agree to the journal’s terms and conditions, including policies related to withdrawal. In cases of non-compliance, the journal reserves the right to take appropriate administrative or legal action in accordance with applicable regulations and publishing standards.

Withdrawal is allowed within 24 hours of submission without penalty.

Withdrawal after peer review or publication incurs a fee of USD 1500.

Once APC is paid, fees are non-refundable.
